I've been reading some blogs today and I am feeling inspired to "kick it up a notch" when it comes to my own blog. This past year was very difficult. I don't think that there are enough words to express how I was feeling and exactly what I was going through. But I am realizing more and more every day how faithful my heavenly Father is. As soon as Camden was born, all of the horrible things that were associated with the difficult, even excruciating at times, pregnancy seemed to melt away. It doesn't really matter how I felt before, right or wrong. Each day I am reminded of how truly blessed I am and I want to celebrate that life every chance I get! I'm starting fresh right now! I choose to be JOYFUL in hope, PATIENT in affliction, and FAITHFUL in prayer (Romans 12:12).
Kris and I have a lot of unknowns ahead of us. He's been accepted to 2 schools now: USF (Tampa) and UCF (Orlando). We are still waiting to hear from UF. Reagan is starting Kindergarten in the fall. We don't know where we will live. We don't know how we will provide for our kids. We don't know much. But we do know that we serve a LIVING God who has orchestrated this beautiful plan for our family. He has ALWAYS provided for us, even when it's been in unexpected ways. And we KNOW that He will NEVER leave us or forsake us. That is the truth I must stand on to get through this next challenging season. I am excited to see where He takes us and hopeful for the blessings that I know will come.

Good thing I just checked your blog because I didn't know Kris had been accepted to two schools! That's wonderful news! Tell him we said congratulations! I know it doesn't make the decision making process any easier, but it's such a blessing for him to receive those acceptances! He's done a great job and it's paid off. :)
