A couple of weeks ago I got to attend my step-brother, Sean's wedding and meet his new wife, Blair. It was a beautiful wedding in Cincinatti, Ohio. Kris and I enjoyed getting to meet Blair's family and all of Sean's close friends. Everyone was really sweet. I'm so excited to have a new sister and more extended family. I've never been super close to my step-siblings. In the last 4 years, my step-sister, Erica, and I have gotten closer because our kids are close in age. It's been such a blessing. We've been family for 25 years and I'm finally getting to have the closeness to my siblings that I have always wanted. I'm really hoping that now that Sean is married too, we'll be able to get to know each other better and become closer. I love my family so much, so this really is an answer to prayers to be able to have them be an active part of my life and to be an active part of theirs. I'm just hoping and praying that it continues. I look forward to the day when we all go on a big family vacation and get to enjoy the blissful chaos of all of our kids running around and having a blast! Did I mention that my kids have an Uncle Blair AND an Aunt Blair? I love it!

Here is my brother, David, with his new girlfriend, Meagan. They couldn't make it to the wedding because their show, Kinetix, opened at Busch Gardens, but I don't want to leave them out.
This past Saturday, Reagan completed her first year of tap and her second year of ballet with a recital. She did such a good job! I got teary eyed watching her light up the stage. She loves the spotlight, just like her Uncle David. Here are a few pics from her big performance:

Showing off her metal. She told Kris that she won the recital. :o)
